Our garage wouldn't open one Thursday morning, so I had to manually lift it to let my wife out to take the kids to school at 7 am. I looked on-line and was able to book a same day appointment at noon with Pacific Garage Door Repairs. Upon arrival, the Owner was able to quickly assess that one of my two springs snapped due to wear and tear. From there, he was able to point out a few other issue spots and provide on the job quotes for the parts and service. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and completed the job within 90 minutes. I would definately call them again if I need any further work.

My 20-year-old garage door had a crack and was making a loud popping noise every time it opened. After I had a couple of garage door repair shops take a look, I ended up getting it replaced.
